These terms govern use of LeQuatro's app and tools for managing social media pages and advertising campaigns on Meta and TikTok platforms on behalf of our business and authorized clients.

1) Authorized use

The tool is used solely to manage accounts and pages we are authorized to manage, for publishing, advertising, engagement and reporting. Users comply with Meta and TikTok platform policies and applicable Saudi laws.

2) Accounts & permissions

You are responsible for the validity of granted permissions and for safeguarding access credentials. We do not share your data with third parties except via the official platform APIs required to operate the service.

3) Content

Content you publish through the tool remains owned by you and your brand. You are responsible for its legality and accuracy. We may suspend the service for any use violating laws or platform policies.

4) Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use, while exercising reasonable professional care.
